Two weeks ago Georgia went to her first screening date in California as a normal member of a screening team. She was very fortunate that the team leader was very good, and helped her learn the difference between regulations in California and Arizona.
Last week Georgia was to lead two back-to-back screening dates in San Diego. Due to shipping problems, Georgia ended up receiving more than enough equipment for the two dates. In addition to that, when she received the shipping boxes they were not packed to her liking. She took a rif off her Oregon job, and created a packing list for the two dates, and carefully packed the supplies in the smallest number of boxes and suitcases (because they roll) as she could.
Georgia labeled the boxes for "Day 1" and "Day 2", so she would have the right supplies and equipment for the right screening date. On Day 1 she pulled out the large suitcase (represented by the drawn blue "box" in the photo). Then she decided that she might need help getting everything back because space was tight. She whipped out her phone's camera and took a photo of the back of the Rav 4. (Please forgive the photo quality.)Georgia was very glad that she had done so. As she was packing up for the day she had placed the gray box containing a stadiometer into the car a different way. The photo helped her remember that the stadiometer box was sitting on top of her rolling duffel bag (which corralled most of the privacy screens). A quick peek at her photo set her straight, and she was on her way.
Not only had everything fit into the Rav 4, none of the windows were obstructed. There was even room under the windows at the back for another short layer. We decided that we were very smart to have bought Georgia such a capacious vehicle.
